Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I bought a Vehicle from them on 4-8-2011, Told them I needed a reliable Car Because I've had six Back Surgieres I go to my Doctor Every Other Mo. In Paducah, The car has more Problems then my body does. Its in the shop at least once a month. I got the werrenty on this But those Hundred dollar deductable add up. Plus everytimesomebody work on the car it seems like they not fixing what i take it in for. well a day before Thanksgiving I was getting Ready to go Spend the Holiday with my Family in Paducah, Car started running Hot put it in Shop, They had to end up keeping cad 46 days. I dont really think its fixed right because the only come on high, u can't turn it on low or mid. that was1500 Hundred dollars. my cost one Hundred Now I had Cars Direct to Check out why my car is Shacking so bad, They clain they don't feel anything. I went 2 cheak 2 see if i need Tires. They said my tires r Fine. But it needs tire Rods Exsals. All kind of things going on under the car. the people told me NOT 2 put the car Back on Highway until i get all that fixed. I'm on disabilty Don't have the money yo keep putting in this car. I ask that u all will have them take care of of the problems with this car, My truck has been broken since i've had the car it won't shut never know when its going to come up while i'm driving Driver door won't close all the way, Just bought a new battery now its running down my new battery. so I've been gettin a jump 4 about 2 weeks now. I Pray that u all will be able to help me. Thanks so much & God Bless."

  • mrs duffy purchased a warranty through an warranty company. and chose 100 deductible option. the vehicle was sold as is from our dealership. however we would be willing to have our people do the work for her with no labor cost if she want's to purchase the nessecary parts.

1. Compensation: for all the pain this car has cost me braking down trice on highway cost me over 600 hundred dollars my Rent money Jan 25, 2012 $600.00
2. Pay me for my time: missin Dr. app. Jan 25, 2012 $100.00

    "again mrs duffy purchased a warranty thru a warranty company with 100 deductible option which she chose. vehicle was purchased as is from our dealership. but we would be willing to have our people do work for her no labor cost , if she purchases the needed parts."

  • LET ME START BY SAYING YOU ONLY GET A BAD CAR OR DEAL BY YOUR OWN CHOICE. THERE ARE 15 auto repair shops or more on Dixie highway there are also severals parts stores oreillys, autozone, advance , NAPA YOU NAME IT AND IT'S ON DIXIE ALL THE AUTO PARTS STORES WILL SCAN THE CAR FOR FREE IF ANTHING IS WRONG THEY TELL YOU WHAT IT IS AND HOW MUCH THE PARTS WILL BE THEN DRIVE TO ONE OF THE REPAIR SHOPS FIND OUT THERE LABOR TO PUT ON SAID PART IF THIS IS SOMETHING A MINOR REPAIR ISSUE KINDLY LET THE SALES MANAGER AT CARS DIRECT KNOW YOU HAVE FOUND AN ISSUE WITH THE CAR AND IF THEY FIX IT YOU WILL PURCHASE THE VEHICLE I GUARANTEE THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU KNOW. .....COMMON SENSE GOES A LONG WAY WHEN BUYING A CAR WHEN YOU GO TO BUY A CAR AT A LOT USED THEY DON'T KNOW WHERE THAT CAR HAS BEEN AND WHAT IT HAS BEEN THREW .....COMMON SENSE YOU KNOW THAT..... IF THEY REPRESENT THE VEHICLE IN ITS CURRENT CONDITION AND YOU AS THE CUSTOMER DECIDE TO PURCHASE IT AS IS AND THEN HAVE MECHANICAL ISSUES IS IT REALLY THE FAULT OF EVERYONE ELSE BUT YOURSELF THAT YOU DO NOT MAKE EDUCATED BUYING DECSION, AT LEAST CARS DIRECT TRY'S TO HELP YOU BECAUSE ONCE THE AS IS CAR LEAVES THERE LOT THERE NOT RESPONSIBLE YOU BOUGHT IT AS IS AND IF YOU BOUGHT A WARRANTY AND THEY ARE KEEPING YOUR CAR FOR EXCESSIVE AMOUNTS OF TIME THAT IS WHO YOU NEED TO GO AFTER FOR SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS NOT CARS DIRECT ALL THEY DID WAS DELIVER YOU THE VEHICLE YOU WANTED. DO YOU THINK THE STAFF AT CARS DIRECT ARE HAPPY WITH HAVING YOU CALLING THEM MAD NO THEY ARE NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT AND ALOT OF TIMES ARE JUST AS UPSET WITH THE WARRANTY COMPANY AS YOU SO GIVE THEM A LITTLE BIT OF APPRECIATION FOR ASSISTING YOU THE BEST THAT THEY CAN BECAUSE THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE TO TAKE YOUR CALL THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO THERE IS NO LEMON LAW AND I KNOW THE OWNER OF CARS DIRECT IF YOU LIE TO A CUSTOMER AND HE FINDS OUT YOUR FIRED AND MIGHT NOT HAVE TO MUCH LUCK FINDING ANOTHER JOB IN THE AREA. WEATHER YOU BELEIVE IT OR NOT THAT'S THE POLICY YOU LIE TO THE CUSTOMER YOUR FIRED FIRED NO SECOND CHANCES THAT'S WHY THERE IS SUCH A TURN OVER IN STAFF PEOPLE ARE NOT HONEST AND THE OWNER DON'T CARE TO FIRE THEM FOR IT HE DEPENDS ON THEM TO OPERATE HIS BUSSINESS AND DOES NOT TOLERATE ANY BS.
