"Hi my name is Maria i was in the CarlsJr. on July to get a 2 chicken sandwiches
at 99cents the problem is when i open my sandwich it is complete nasty!with black spots on top i still have frozen the hamburger report w/ a lady who suppose is the manager and i call the corporation those people are really bad to resolve the complaints the lady who call me back her name is LINDA JUAREZ i send all the info and a pic of the problem this was in July 2011 and she send me 2 gift cards
this is very offensive because i told her i don't want nothing, please see what happen
now she laugh on me she call me a lier
