Statement of Claim
"I had sub-leased Car Match USA my Hyundai Azera for one year but the person wich leased the car thru Car Match USA around four month later didn't like the car and gave the car to he'sbrother in law with out my knowledge and that's when the trouble all started, that person had several parking violations in the amount od $702 which I had to pay, then the car got impounded because driving with out insurance, Car Match USA had to pay around $700 to get the car out of impound, then I found out the car was severely damaged cost was $2500 I had to pay half of this amount wich was the responsibility of Car Match, also the person didn't make the car payments 2 months $660,then the car got returned with the exceeded milage wich I had to pay another $930 that brings a total of $3542, I have called 561 324-5707 Alan Palange from car match 60 times but can't get a respond for my lost money, can you please help me to resolve this case, I am a retired person and for me this is a lot of money I have lost and under the contract ageement there shouldn't be any cost for me."

  • Mr. Voppichler had agreed to settle this matter, please see attached settlement the parties entered into. We offered to file litigation against the party which rented Mr. Voppichler vehicle. We attempted reaching a settlement with this third party with no success. In anticipation to filing litigation we had prepared and mail to third party a demand letter, as is the normal course of events prior to filing.

    Mr. Voppichler has violated our agreement by his very posting to this website. Subsequent to this posting we have rescinded our offer to litigate against the third party at our expense.

  • This argreement means nothing, this has been going on since end of June 2016, car match USa was aware the my car was leased to another person with out my knowledge, also car match istalled a tracking devise to see exactly where the car was every day until I found out it was in Norh Jersey, because that person sub-leaser leased the car to he's brother in law, I only found out because no payment was made.
