Claimant says:
"

1...We purchase an 1999 Lexus Suv used auto, on Saturday 4-30-16.
2...Upon driving it home in a distance on the street, then on the high way going over 60mph, it
made load noises right side of car, and the steering wheel shock/shaking hard.
3...The car doors and remote broken, remote would unlock the door, but you would have to go to
each door and lock it manually. Owner Steve said, this would have to come out of our pockets
to an outside dealer, appx. $500.00.
4...Electrical problem on the dash and gear shift. The car proven to be unsafe in the night when
we drove home. When you turned on car and put it into gear...there was no lights to indicate
what gear you was in, the dash showing gear is dark as well as the light for the radio and air
condition.
5...All this was reported by phone to owners Steve and Anthony. We called several times that
same day we drove off with the car. Since it was Saturday evening, they said to bring car
back to auto dealer to get check and they are closed the next day Sunday, we express verbally that we was not pleased that they had a car on the lot for sale that had so many problems, and one of them they told us it would have to come out of our pockets costing over hundreds of dollars.
6... We composed a letter with all the problems above, stating at the end....Today 5/2/16 Monday, we have returned the Lexus and key inside of their lot. We feel it is unacceptable and unfair to receive an automobile with so many major issues, and out of our pocket money to pay for broken key remote and locks.
7....I parked car in the lot, took pictures of the millage, went in the office...the secretary and Steve was their with customers. I dropped of keys and letter on the secretary desk. Steve ask me to fill out an repair order. I said I had to leave, and I did.
8...Car text several notes, car was just left there by mom. The key and letter of return was delivered in the office by me.
9...We have also considered this contract voided by them for noncompliance, because I cancelled the down payment, and notes of $800.00 was supposed to paid in 3weeks, then a full car note in June. These all will not be done by us. We talked with our family and consulted with friends...we all agreed this is a lemon car deal.
