Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"On 11/25/2011 I purchased a car from Cactus Jack with a down payment of $500 then I had to pay an additional payment of $300 on around 12/03/2011. Also I had to get Cactus Jack to fix the car which was a 2001Mercury Sable GS. I then paid my part of my carnote for January on 01/03/2012 in the amount of $250 and paid the rest of my carnote which was $150 on 01/26/2012 plus an additional $68 for the registration fees and I also paid $195 toward myFebuary payment which left $205 for my carnot which wasn't due until the 4th of Febuary. Then on 01/30/2012 my husband had to take the car in again due to the fact that it was shaking very badly. The end result was that the Mercury pistons in the engine was no good. Cactus Jack then put me in another car a 2003Pontiac Grand Prix. I then had to put another down payment of $600 which I paid $300 on 02/03/2012 and the other $300 on 02/24/2012. Now I have to pay my $400 for my carnote by the 4th of March but I explained to them that my check date has been changed to the 27 of every month. Some of the employees are very rude. They will call and hound you for the payment the morning that the payment is due. If you don't come in when they tell you to . They then threaten to come and reposses the car on the same day that payment is due. The Pontiac check engine light came on and I took it in for service on 02/27/2012. They then said that it was fixed and all of a sudden two days later the Pontiac is shaking. I call and told (Dale) in service about the problem and he then said that it is not there responsibilty that it is mine but I still have to pay my carnote even though the car isn't running right. All I want is them to either fix it or give me all my money that I put into both cars which totals around $2068.00"
