Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I ordered earbuds from this website, they processed my order and charged my card. After about a week i didn't hear anything from them and sent them two emails, both were answered with the same generic email about delays due to storm sandy. I tried again a few weeks later and found that their website was no longer available."

  • Unfortunately, it seems that this is a common complaint with this particular company. The BBB has several complaints filed against the company for the same reason. Because this is a consumer complaint issue, you should contact both your state’s Attorney General’s office and the state of NY’s Attorney General. Because it appears the business is no longer functioning but has not refunded money spent on products it did not ship, the company could potentially face criminal and civil penalties. Also, you submit the information to the BBB so they can continue to keep track of the ongoing complaints with the company.
