Claimant says:
"I had filed a medicare supplement claim with BCBS of Illinois in March, 2015 by registetred mail in the company's claims office in Naperville, Illinois. Three months later, I received a letter from the claims office stating that the claim must be submitted to the company's International claims location in Florida as it appears on the claim form.

The letter received from the company did not contain any claim form; neither did it contain my claims materilas submitted earlier to the company. As such, I called BCBS regarding this unusual letter, a claim representative declined my request to speak with the supervisor, she offered to send me a claim form along with my claims documents to be re-submitted by me directly to the international claims center in FL. I did receive a claim form from the company but a substantial part of my medical invoices were not forwarded to me, as such, I had to request copies of the missing documens from the healrhcare providers overseas. I submitted all the claims materials again to BCBS of Illinois. three month later, I received a response from BCBS, Quincy, IL, advising that the company had received my claim and it will be handled in a short time !! another 3 months had passed, yet to hear from them."
