"I worked for Blasco Trucking after finding the job listed on Craig's List. I was immediately hired and put in a truck in Johnstown, CO on Jan. 22nd, 2014 to start deliveries. I was refused a pre-trip inspection because the load was already late and Ollie said he had done the pre-trip and we were good to go. Later he tried to claim damages to the trailer that were already done when I took over the truck. He also made several excuses about why I could not come into Billings to complete the paperwork. He brought up paperwork and drug testing and said he would load me to Billings to complete this. I was never sent to Billings, MT. even though I continued to ask about it. First I was sent to Charlotte, NC to pickup a partial load for delivery to Ronkononka, NY and pickup at Medford, NY. Following that I was directed to drop the load in East Gadsden, AL. After that, I was sent to to pick up a load carbon fiber at Decatur, Alabama to be delivered to Puyallup. WA. I picked up a load of Pineapple in Yakima, WA for deliver to Whitewater,Florida. I stopped in Greeley, CO, at my home for the required 36 hours of downtime as required by law. Ollie insisted I leave Greeley, even though I had no hours left in my log. I agreed finally, but continued to sit in Greeley waiting out the required time. Ollie called the Greeley Police and reported his truck stolen and the police came to my home and impounded the truck at the request of the owner. No charges were filed. I called Ollie and requested my paycheck for 7309 miles at $.40 per mile. He informed me I should considered this a life lesson learned and to move on with my life...he was not paying me. He said if I complained or reported him to BBB or Craig's List he would sue me for slander. Unfortunately, I was in a major accident a week later and was seriously injured. I am just getting mobile now. I am homeless and in collections due to his refusal to pay me. Also. I have an address for Ollie at 1640 Monad, Billings, MT. This address is also registered to Freight Agency, INC with a phone number of 406- 896-3400. An additional phone number for them is 800-676-6166. I know there have been others he has done this to and when they attempted to get their pay, he sued them. I have all the logs, billing statements and bills of lading for my deliveries. Additionally, he owes me for tolls I paid out of my own money. The total owed to me was $3,348 for mileage. Additionally, the State of Colorado, allows for an additional $50 per day for each day the money is withheld. As of 5/27, that amounts to $5,350 for 107 days. That would bring the total to $8698 less $600 in draws.. I have all my receipts for tolls, materials like antifreeze and oil and other truck expenses it was necessary to pay out my pocket. I would like my money. Any assistance you can provide to me would be appreciated. I also think there is a possibility his home is in BELGRADY, MT since I found that information in the log book."
