"I feel discriminated by the employee yet I don't want him to be terminated but just retrain

Good morning my name is Oscar I just wanted to let you know that I always and mostly every other week I purchase something from the best buy located in Palmdale CA the customer service here is ok, but yesterday date 3/6/13 time around 8:00pm to 9:00pm I went to the stored to buy an specific pair of speakers
Polk Audio-51/4 bookshelf Speakers (pair)-black
Model: TSI100 black
I ask one of the associates or sale representatives if I could please have the Polk speakers he then told me he was busy  with a customer that as soon as he was done he will come back to me so as I saw the other customer I told him ooh is ok well I almost waited for 20 minutes and then I moved from spot where the speakers were and as I was looking for him he saw me from far away and ask me if I was ready I said yes men well  he ask me. What can I get for you??? I responded the pair of Polk speakers well he told me that they might not have them but that he will check in the back as soon he said that to me I said we'll just incase if you don't may I please have the one on display I don't want no discount??? He responded no you can't with an attitude, well of course right away I said we'll just so you know I don't think that it is my fault you don't have any at this moment nor isn't my fault you did not put a little or big sign saying we Carry this item but we run out at this moment. Well he said let me see in the back ....I Oscar respond to him ok out wait . Well time pass by I waited long enough that my wife came out of the car walk into the store and went up to me to ask me what is going on I said ???,,   I simply respond it I don't know I'm still waiting for him to come back .. Well after 3 or five minutes that my wife was in there the employee show up just to say we don't have it sorry .. I was very upset and I said to him can I speak with your supervisor please ??? Him very rude said yeah but he is going to tell you the same thing I just did ... I said to him can I please just talk to the supervisor he said yeah let me look for him... Well me and my wife and son waited since my wife saw me already mad told me let me go look for him u wait here I said ok well my wife told me Oscar the employee that was supposed to be looking the supervisor is helping another customer ,,, I said to her "what's "" no he is not. Well she said go see for your self I said ok out go see ... And yes the employee left me waiting did not call a supervisor nor care for my needs well I took off very upset try calling best buy 1800  I really don't know if it works.? But once I got home I purchased the speakers online from the stored located at Glendale and also the front speakers at the stored where I did not like the customer service reason why I bought them because I really believe we all make mistakes but also right now in this days how the economy is I believe no stored wants to be loosing one customer because if your store still in business is because every customer that Mades a purchase this is  very sad and it really ruin my night and my dough on going back after the purchase I made this morning around 2am online
