"I hired BELLISSIMO REMODELING ON FEBRUARY 9TH, 2014. I had a flood. From February 11th2014, all paperwork was forged. My dad, holds the mortgage, however Im the owner for 23 years. This FRANK ESPOSITO, IS trying TO GET THE REST OF THE MONEY. I FIRED FRANK ESPOSITO ON MARCH 28TH 2014. He received $10,012. For nothing.He HIRED 2 SQUATTERS, THEY SLEPT, SMOKED, AND DRANK BEER IN MY HOME. ON MARCH 24,2014, FRANK ESPOSITO WAS NOT LICENSED TO WORK AS A GENERAL CONTRACTOR AT THE TIME. HE HAD 2 UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE, WORKING, CARPET CAME IN ALL WRINKLED, BEIGE, I NEVER WANTED CARPET, I WANTED PERGO FLOORING WHICH WAS MUCH CHEAPER.
ALSO, THE CABINETS WERE PUT IN, BY A MOVER. THEY WONT OPEN, CABINETS UPSIDE DOWN, NEVER ASKED THE COLOR, THE MOVER TRIED 3 DIFFERENT TIMES TO PUT FORMICA ON COUNTER, ITS ALL SCRATCHED, HOLES IN FORMICA. VERY UNHAPPY, A COMPANY ALTI-SOURCE, THAT IS INVOLVED WITH OCWEN, CAME IN, INSPECTED, GAVE IT 100% DONE, WHEN 1/4 OF THE JOB WAS COMPLETED. HAD TO HAVE ANOTHER INSPECTOR, HE SAID IT WAS DONE SHABILY, STILL HAD A LOT OF WORK TO BE DONE. THE INSURANCE PAPERWORK HAD 5 PAGES OF WORK TO COMPLETE. THEY EVEN ALLOTTED $560, FOR A 20 YD CAN, NEVER ORDERED. NEVER PUT NEW INSULATION IN, PER THE INSURANCE PAPERWORK."
