Claimant says:
"this past winter I took my suv to find out why it was shaking so much, they told me I needed a new crank shaft and with the part and labor it would cost me $400.00 and they needed the money up front so that they can buy the part. I gave them the money and didn't get a receipt for this, which I thought was odd.
Later I went to pick it up.(still no receipt). Since then my engine has died and had to buy another one, my son happen to mention to the mechanic that I had a new crank shaft put in, mechanic told my son I didn't have a new that it was old and rusty, the original was still there. THEY DID NOT REPLACE THE OLD ONE AND I'm out of a new part and money.
Since then I have found out that I'm not the only one that got scammed, there are others that have had the same problems. I would like them to put the one in, but I have no proof of this in writing.so I'm warning people not to take their cars or trucks there because the will get screwed like I did."
