"I had my 2001 sebring in for stalling, 5 times in May and June, paid $4000.00 and problem not taken care of. They refused to take it in again. Due to their incompetence my engine was ruined and my life was put in danger. Had to take it to an independent repair shop and paid $7000.00 for new engine."

  • I had the car in there 5 times, maybe you should have worked on the engine, instead of sending me out over and over, telling me that the air conditioner was causing the problem. Any additional work that I refused had nothing to do with the engine. You kept doing things and charging me but not fixing the real problem. I was not treated fairly, and I will go to Jerry Brown [ problem solver].
