"During the summer 2011 I hired Basement solutions to water proof my basement in my home at 447 Stafford Drive Elyria, Ohio. I paid $10,000 for this home improvement and signed the contract. I paid Keith Uehlein in full.

He promised to apply topsoil around the three waterproofed walls after first couple of good rains. He delivered a tiny amount to the front wall; he never delivered any to the back or side walls. Approximately one tiny bag in 2011 was delivered to front wall. The company guaranteed the walls not to leak, bow or move as long as I own the home. I had water in the basement now since he did the water proofing. He never delivered the top soil. I have waited 5 years now. He does not return phone calls. He ignores any contact."
