"our dog passed away last friday we have treid to call and email them . the wait was over 1hr several times we called they say now we have to pay for up to 9 mth more on the bill . They have been so hard to deal with that i cancelled my second dog too . the dog who passed away was at banfield a week ago and they said she was in great health and gave us test data but she dieded from an exhisting cause. They said some about paying for sevvices already give that was never explained in the 10 years we used and paided for the service. i talked to the customer service supervisor and asked him to pass this problem on tto his boss he just said i could have 50% off and if i did not accept that he kept repeating the policy to pay in full. i will have to pay $67 to stop payment i have called my bank i was upste about the loss of our dog but there pore handling of this was worse I should owe them $0 don beno bharmony@wwdb.org"
