Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I placed an order over the phone to have flowers sent to my mom who is residing at a convalescent home battling stage 3 bladder cancer. I spoke to Josh and shared with him that I try to send flowers regularly and like to build a relationship with a local florist near the area and he commented that he would make sure that my flower arrangement would be handled by a florist who would create something special for my mom. I asked him if he could send a picture of the arrangement since I was calling from Las Vegas. Josh,promised that he would send picture to my email address but I did not received it. I called to speak with management and spoke to the owner who was rude and uninterested in my complaint and abruptly a large noise came over the phone for 30 seconds, so I hung up thinking a technical difficulty and proceeded to call back to be handled coldly by someone who cut me off in mid sentence after I asked to speak to the owner. I was transferred to a senior sales associate who was quick to inform me that they do not offer to take pictures for customers and I explained that their associate confirmed several times he would send a picture of the arrangement so I was very disappointed in the overall experience. This company showed no class or quality customer service to a customer wanting to honor his mom while she is still living. The conversation may have been recorded but I was told on 3 different occasion that the sales associate confirmed he would send a picture but to have a family owned business treat a paying customer so rudely is totally unacceptable. Deceptive practices and appalling customer service behavior should be noted to any potential customers. Never promise something you can not deliver. A very unhappy customer !"

  • Yes Ava's flowers is a scam!I ordered online flowers for my mom on Mothers day. I ordered them to be delivered 2 days prior to Mothers Day to avoid holiday delivery craziness. ell, I recieved a confirmation email the next day that my flowers were successfully delivered. When I checked with my mom, they were not delivered! I had been on the phone for 2 days trying to get this delivered and they kept promising it would be delivered and it never got delivered. DO NOT ORDER FROM AVA's! YOU WILL BE EMBARRASSED, AGGRAVATED,
