Claimant says:
"My husband and I made a deal to purchase a 2018 dodge ram truck.
The deal was offered and agreed upon by the management.
We then applied for a car loan through our credit union. We agreed to purchase the truck.
As my husband was in process of purchasing the truck the salesmen informs us that the management decided to change the deal and add another 1000 dollars to our price.
This is bad business practice . It is both dishonest and unethical. We refused to continue and pay the extra 1000 dollars tacked onto the deal we had already agreed upon.
We had already moved toward securing a loan in the amount that was already agreed upon.
This is clearly a bait and switch.
We now suffer our credit score lowered by this unethical practice."
