Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"in June of 2012... tried transferring my foster care license to another agency. kept being denied... (Courtney wells) LICENSING REP... at the time.. said it would take 45 days...
after she submit paperwork.... she never did... called on 12 occasions... no one would talk to me... went through the chain of commands... got nowhere.... in August....called D.C.F.S advocate.... (first attempt)... complaint... left messages... no response... 3 weeks later Joanne called... quoted (she would look into it...) nothing.... no phone call or anything...
in Sept. talked to (MS MAC LIN) NEW ASSIGN LICENSING REP.... Gave me the run around... stated she would submit license for transferring... never happen.... called agency on 5 occassions.. never got no answer... just her recording... left 5 messages... no call back...
in July of 2013... called D.C.F.S advocate..( 2nd attempt ).... left message...for Joanne... again.. in Sept of 2013 called (Ms Maclin Supervisor) wouldn't talk to me... stated i had to take it up with the rep... on November 26 of 2013... talked to Ms Maclin and decided at that point ....i want to close out my license completely. she said she would submit the paperwork... she never did...on Dec. 20 of 2013.... called her back no answer.... called supervisor.. (Irish Williams)....LEFT MESSAGES... no phone calls back... (on February 18.. 2014 )
CALLED THE D.C.F.S ADVOCATE... again.... she couldn't tell me much... on the same day at 2:30pm called Irish Williams (SUPERVISOR)... NASTY ATTITUDE... HUNG UP THE PHONE...
FEBRURARY 20 2014..... CALLED SPRINGFIELD... PUT IN COMPLAINT...

I JUST WANT MY LICENSE TO BE CLOSED OUT COMPLETELY WITH THIS AGENCY.
BEEN FOSTERING FOR 14 YEARS.. WITH E.C.F.A... NEVER HAD A PROBLEM TIL I REOPEN MY LICENSE.....WITH AUNT MARTHA... AFTER E.C.F.A. CLOSED"
