Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"My heating unit had to be replaced and the sale representative came to my house to give me the estimate .during the talk he said the final price of the unit was$4155 . And the rebate from the state which is $1400 will be mine . I paid him $ 500 deposit . He even agreed that When the work will be done I will have to give him $4155=500 which is $3655. he agreed with me . His paper work was really tricky and the next day when the work was done he asked me $ 1400 more that i would get as a rebate from the state . why is he taking to the collecting agency when i have paid him the total price of $4155 ? He already cashed the check . why should he ask me for the rebate money which belongs to the home owner and not the contractor ?
this guy is a fraud . He tricked me . talking me something and doing business in a wrong way . and taking me to a collection agency during this holiday time . he is creating too much stress o.t doesn't know how to do business i think his licenses should be suspended . we should prevent him nfrom doing this kind of fraud to other people ."
