Claimant says:
"On 9/7/2012 We came from North Dakota and bought six thousand dollars of furniture from the Ashley store in Superstition Springs Store in 6233 E Southern Ave Mesa AZ 85210. We only stayed for a week. They only had part of our furniture on hand. this was fine being we were going back to ND and than come back in Oct. But they charged us two delivery charges being they had to make two trips. This is not our fault they didn't have all our furniture on hand and they had to order in more furniture and make two deliveries. Now the real problem is we bought a Queen Sofa Chaise Sleeper Model # 3180168. We just had company and they slept on it for the night. In the morning I got and they were both sleeping on our living room couch. I asked them what was wrong. They said the mattress was terrible to sleep on. You lay on it and you feel every coil spring on it. Also you use your hands and push on the mattress and all you feel is coil springs .I want the Mattress Replaced at their cost, or the Sofa. I've called them and they give me a run around."

  • We returned those two pieces of furniture. But they are stalling around in refunding our money . The amount they agreed to return is over twelve hundred dollars. I feel they should pay late fee plus interest. what do you think?
