"August 3, 2015, I contacted Appliance Service regarding my Whirlpool freezer. A repairman came that same day. I was having a problem with the door seal, also drain was not draining properly and the lock was broke. The repairman advised we would need a new door seal and a new lock. He said he unclogged the drain and would need to order door seal and lock assembly. He advised he would return the next day with parts. He asked that I pay in advance for the service and parts, which I did. Invoice #11134. He returned the next day with the door seal and replaced it. He told me it would be two weeks before the key assembly would be in and he would call me to come out to replace it.
I lost track of time and did not think about the lock assembly until sometime in the fall. Unfortunately I did not keep track of the number of calls I made to this company and in the meantime I noticed I was having the same issue of ice accumulating in the bottom of the freezer again forcing the door to not close completely. It appeared the drain was having the same issue as before. I have called Appliance service (800-830-6040) only to be told the repairman would call me back. I called twice within the last month. The last call was January 12th. I requested another repairman be given my case. I was informed jobs were given by territory and this was his. I asked for th owner and was told he was the owner.
I do not know what to do. They have my money and I still have the problems."
