Claimant says:
"My one year old washer shopped working in the middle to an cycle. With these new GE energy washers i heard that it sometimes need to be reset. I called this company and they sent someone out that day. I was at work at the time but my 19 year old daughter was home at the time. I spoke to the repair man and told him to call me with the quote. The first call back from him he gave me a quote of approx. $400. dollars, he said it needed a new motor. I told him that is too much i could buy a new washer for that much. He then called me back and told me he checked the washer again and it would cost me $275. I asked him how did the price dropped from 400 to 275 in thirty minutes. He said, he tried to help me out and find another way to fix the washer. Anyhow, to make a long story short. I payed him the 60.00 service fee only for coming out. When i got home the machine was working! This sucker tried to scam me, all he must have done was reset the washer."
