Claimant's opinion: The first tech. that came in didn't look like knew what he was doing. He started to dissemble 4 machines at a time leaving parts and pieces on the floor. Miss place the machine and just walk away
Claimant's opinion: The Manager Alex was rude and bullish and refused to listen to my complaint. Instead he screams and calling names like M.F. Then I start cursing back and that when he threating to blow up my Laundromat.
Base on their response I will update my complain with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU by sending them a copy of the video showing what the technician did and how he left the laundromat. As for my heated conversation with the manager Alex I think I have a recording of our heated discussion. Lets say that the number of machines has increase. That's no reason for that kind of behavior it is unprofessional. Other company would have look at it as an opportunity to make more money. Lets see how he will response to the video and hopefully the recording of our conversation, because he is lying. As for responding to their calls ... by making the police report it was advise to stay away from any contact with this company. They should do the same. I have better things to do than to deal with this kind of business. As he said in our heated conversation loose my number and do not call me. "If needed we will submit our technician's narrative of what happened. When the customer called the office for an appointment, we were told there were 3 appliances to be repaired - when the senior technician arrived he was instructed there were 4 to be repaired. In the customer's complaint he mentioned 9 washers/dryers to be repaired. The senior technician sent - Bob - has been in the repair business for more than 30 years. The technician has NEVER had a complaint like this on his record. According o the technician - the washers were back in place when he left. We sent another technician to the business to evaluate. The technician felt another company was involved prior to our arrival and the machines should be condemmed. The technicians collected a check for $90 for diagnosis which the customer was advised before he made the appoint. $90 was for 3 appliances - Any more would have been $130. Please note the customer stopped payment on the check. As to the conversations between the customer and Alex, the swearing and threatening started from the customer. Another dispatcher heard the conversation Please note the office has called the owner 2 times to schedule a visit with A-Appliance Xperts Inc and the owner of the laundromat. There has been NO response from the customer"
