  • Update July 10 2013:

    After the last time I got my laptop back from apple, I found the built-in speaker's got a new problem, that it's been periodically breaking up for no reason. After, I was going to return my laptop to the Genius Bar, but I had an accident and I broke my ankle. So I had a surgery. As you can tell, I was no longer capable moving around too far by myself, and I'm an international student, have no relatives in United States can help me bring the laptop to the store. During the winter break I went back to China to recover. When I got back, I returned to the store. I asked for the manager, because last time I tales to her she said I can try to use it for couple month and see how's it going, and if it's still not working I can come back to her. So I talked to her, and asked for compensation, and she was holding a really bad attitude against me, said its been more than six month, and the problems you've got count as your new cause of damage, and I have to pay more to fix the speaker. So I was really pissed and just left the store. I felt really bad, that their attitude to costumes are such horrible, and I felt they tricked me all over.
