Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"They are hitting my credit report illegal by reporting I owe 121.00 and they are putting it on there a few days in a row to make my credit score go down. So when I told them I do not owe them and I have the receipt to prove it...they told me they can hit my credit report until I pay them as many times as they want and they will not remove it. I have an alert system on my credit report so it alerts my email when they posted this on 10/5 twice on Experian and 10/5 once on Equifax 10/5 10/6. They should only be reporting every 30 days...not everyday and a few times a day."
