Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I send my Gold Honda Odessey to have the transmission repair at Anatomy Auto on june of 2012 for the amount of 1, 500 wish I paid have before the repair and the other half when he was done repairing it and return the vehicle. Mr. Gary who claims to be the owner of this place on 214 south main st. Woonsocket Rhode Island 02895 return the vehicle and gave me a year guarantee on the parts and labor. About seven months later the transmission for my van started having problems again so I called Mr. Gary at (401) 230-8481 and spoke to this lady who identify her self as Angela Mr. Gary's wife and I explain to her the problem she the said she was going to talk to him and call me back. She called me back and said that Mr Gary said to bring the van over again and that he would take care of the problem free of charge because the transmission was still under the guarantee. I send my van there back in April of. 2013 using a tow truck from AAA they never call me that day to let me know if they received the vehicle so the following day I called I spoke to this lady Angela and she said they did received the van. A few days later Angela calls me back and said that her husband tested my vehicle and it was not the transmision. She said it was the Cadillac Converter that needed to be replace and she also said the van needed two new tires. She said the cost of the repair including parts and labor come up to $763.00 of wish they needed $500 deposit to order the parts and pay for the tires. So I came over the next day pay the amount of $500 leaving me a balance of $263.00 that's due when he return the van. Weeks went by and I never recieve a phone call from the so I decided to call the and ask what's wrong with my vehicle and if it was ready for pick up but no one answer their phone I kept calling numerous times untill finally this guy Gary picked up the phone call and said that the problem was that his supplier keeps sending him the wrong pieces and then when he finally got the right one he broke it he he was trying to put it in.Ever since then I call and xall but no one answered my phone calls and when they finally does answer they give all kinds of excuses and say it will be ready for a certain day so I take time off from work to go there to pick up my vehicle and they have a difrent story like he hasn't been able to work because he had a few mini stroke and been admited to the hospital or that he got the wrong parts. Finally on the 28 of August of 2013 I got desperate and called them 17 rimes but no one answer the phone so I called and 18 time and a Lady who identify her self as Michelle said to me that she was sick and tired of me calling there and that I had no right to called there. I told her that the fact that my van its been there since April gives me the right to called as many times as I which she then said that the reson why my van was not done was because Mr. Gary needed to order a part for my van but couldn't order it because I keep calling. It was about 5:00pm when I started calling so I told her that I spoke to Gary on Saturday and he said the part was in already and that he already put in the transmission and all that needed to be done was to put the transmission back in the van and that I would get my van on monday the latest. The lady was very upset and told me to stop calling her business and that now they where purposely going to take all the time in the world because there was nothing I could do to them and that I had no choice but to wait untill they feel like giving it back."

3. Pay me for my time: it takes like 35 min to 45 minuts to get there from providence and the hours of work I lost to go there Sep 11, 2013 $300.00
