"AmEx Blue Bird prepaid card will not work with me to retrieve $82.85 off of temporary card. They refer me to the fine print of terms. I admit as A 70 year old. I did not link temp card # to permanent
card # when I registered it. Am I the only senior citizen to make this mistake? Where does all these
funds go? AmEx claims without a card # or Code off the box they are not able to pull my info from their files. If I am able to provide them with date of purchase, amount loaded to card, and they have my entire profile on file: Name/ SSA/ Phone#/Address/etc, how are they not able to access my history? I do not have receipt of transaction, but do have copy of transaction given to me by
Walmart"
