Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I have belonged to American Debit Counseling, Inc. since 7/2010. I have three separate credit card accounts they pay on. Two accounts with Chase and one account with Capital One. American Debt Counseling went out of business and turned my account over to Financial Help Services, Inc. American Debit Counseling withdrew money from checking account and did not pay on one Chase account and one Capital One account in May 2013. They also did not pay on my other Chase account in April. They took $450 of my money to manage these accounts and obviously did not do their job I pay them for. The New Debit Management Company, Financial Help Services, tells me there is nothing I can do but move forward. That is unacceptable in my eyes, because I work hard for my money and am trying to do the right thing by paying off these accounts in good standing. I tried to contact American Debit Counseling and the web site and phone numbers have been disconnected. Financial Help Services states the company is closed. I am not the only person this has happened to, but we all must just MOVE FORWARD after losing money to this company. Please help me resolve this issue on my behalf and others.
