Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I put the membership card on my charge card and was promised to receive paperwork explaining the product prior to my card being charged. The paperwork did not arrive prior to the impementation of the card and I could not review in time to cancel it. This was done on February 10th and the paperwork was not mailed until March 13th and was not received until March 17th. How could I possibly know wether this product was falsely represented? Now they will not let me cancel it because it is past 30 days. I feel this is a reprehensible business practice not allowing review of the product prior to charging for it. They are soliciting senior citizens with false hope. It is a discount drug plan and not an insurance drug plan as they implied."

A wonderful serenity has taken possession of my entire soul, like these sweet mornings of spring which I enjoy with my whole heart.
