Claimant says:
"Dear Amazon.com Representative,

My name is Mustafa Amir. I was active seller on Amazon until my account was suspended with 90 days hold on funds $4623 and with over $2000 of inventory in Amazon FBA. My funds were supposed to released after 90 days although now after logging into my account I could not login and after calls and many emails. I was told " We will not be transferring funds to you because we believe that you may have been using our site to engage in fraudulent activity."

Although I was selling tangible DVDs which were delivered to customer with AZ Guarantee and there are no complains at all nor refunds. I have my bank connected to Amazon, my address, my phone number and am more than willing to provide a ID as well. The account was totally used to legitimate business with all items delivered with tracking as well as satisfied customers. With no options and no response I also contacted Better Business Bureau with Case ID#703938. I kindly request my hard earned funds to be released into my bank account. Thank you!
