Claimant says:
"To make a long story short Amazon was supposed to delete an account that I told them had been compromised, they did not, there for someone got in to a so called closed account and stole $320.00 and it showed up on my RushCard Account. I believe Amazon is more at fault then Rush Card, for not deleting my account as they told me they had. If you cannot resolve this for me I will bring a Law Suit against Amazon for negligence. Also, when I talked to amazon they said it was all their fault now they don't admit to anything, these PEOPLE LIE!"

  • I went back to the Bank that did this investigation and they said the Money was taken from someone AT or working for Amazon itself. I believe is was an employee that was working during the Holiday Season and shortly after ward.

  • Since this has been posted, The Banking Comision in Pennsylvania, has taken charge of researching my claim since I am a PA resident!

What Claimant Wants Hide
Message from Claimant: I am willing to end this now but your people at Amazon in Customer Service can no longer act as though "They walk on water". I know they have made mistakes as well as I have, give up the everyone out their is injudicious predictable and try helping the customers out when their is a problem next time. This constant sweeping problems in It and customer service; under the carpet when seasonal people hired, is getting ridiculous nonsensical.
