Claimant says:
"This company advertised a "free sample" of their product online with only $3.95 for shipping and handling. I sent for it, and when my request was confirmed, they said that they would be charging me $79.95 for a three-month supply. I IMMEDIATELY canceled my order. However, when my VISA bill arrived, it not only had the $3.95 on it but $79.95 for something I neither ordered nor have received. I contacted them as suggested by my card service and got nowhere. They claimed that they had called me (they hadn't) and said that my cancellation arrived too late. When my card service contacted them, the story was the same. So NOW I have a charge on my VISA account that should NOT be there for products neither ordered or received. I would this charge of $79.95 credited to my account."
