Claimant says:
"Contract for middle of May 2013. Work did not begin til after June 1 which was the deadline date. He then claimed to pull strings with park owners to buy more time. Management seemed to be unaware of this notice. Scott never showed up for a full work shift. He left every time after working less than two hours. Didn't bother to let anyone know he was coming or going. He brought his children to the work site and screamed at them in front of neighbors and our own children. Brought shady workers to my home. He kept borrowing our tools and leaving them in the yard with all of the empty pain cans and trash in the grass. He manipulated us into buying materials which he later either took to other job sites for use or destroyed. Verbally assaulted me in front of my children. Yelling and screaming in my front yard at his own children calling them worthless at the top of his lungs. He then grabbed his materials while screaming obscenities at me and squealing tires as he left. At one point he left with our materials and was gone for days with them refusing to make contact with us. Scott even expected us to do part of his job because it was taking him so long. even after knowing the physical limitations of the home owner. The job remains unfinished and it is now July 27 2013."
