Claimant says:
"I had All Pro Maintenance come out repair my Samsung Refrigerator. They said they needed $443.54 total to repair it. I gave them a check on 12/ 11/15 for $301.00 to order parts and the check has been cashed.

A few weeks later they came out and fixed it and I gave them the remaining $142.54 once the work was completed. I noticed within a week the same problem was happening, ice was building up again on the bottom of the refrigerator. I called them to let them know since it was still under warranty.

They admitted that it was indeed a defective part, they would order it and there would be no additional cost to repair it. I scheduled an appointment for 2/5 and they called to reschedule it for 2/8. They never showed up and I have been texting and calling ever since. My refrigerator still does not work and no one is calling me back or answering the phone. I was scammed and I want my money back in the amount of $142.54 or come and complete the job you never did!"

  • An update to the above claim! Now the ice maker is not working and I have not gotten a response to settle this alim. I am asking for the full amount due me as I had to hire someone else to do this job. Total due is 443.54.
