Claimant says:
"I paid Alarcon to perform all duties it considers necessary to get our mortgage refinanced and lowered. After paying them over $2000, I had to keep call ing them and ask what is going on. I kept having to fax and refax information. It stated in Apr of 2011 and playing phone tag so many times. I have sent many emails and never able to get responses until days later. The only time I received a response in the same day was in Oct, when I received a loan modification from another loan servicing company, which Alarcon had nothing to do with that. I didn't know at the time, so I emailed and told Alaron that another loan service had taken over my loan. The reponse to that was so you no longer need our services. Only time ever to receive a response from them that quickly. l have emailed requessting that they are neglegent in their profession. The answer I received was that they were trying to keep someone else from losing their home and how would I feel if it were me. To make a long story short, I requested a refund or reimbursement of some kind. I was told that if I chose to make a complaint, that they have all of our notes recorded and would be albe to respond to the complaint with evidence of noncompliance. I also have proof of emails, phone calls, not only that but why would I pay that amount of money that I don't have, using income tax refund money desparate to get my mortgage lowered as they promised. I asked them had any of my mail from new loan servicer had come to them since their address is the contact address, and she let me know that they have not received any of my mail due to they are no longer at the address that has been put on my loan. Now tell me how can they have moved their office and suppose to be representing me and I don't know anything about the move? I told them maybe they are just a scam and that I will contact the Better Business Bureau"

  • Perhaps you should actually state your name, as you take no responsibility for what you say, yet want a resolution. If you have been harmed, then the person you are claiming damaged you has a right to tell their side of the story.
