The claimant's settlement terms were rejected with the following explanation:
  • I disagree with the explanation / grounds provided

    "Mr. Morano retained our law firm to provide loss mitigation services. HE signed our retainer and our scope of representation which clearly states the legal services we provide under which he retained my firm. We performed these services and provided Mr. Morano with proper representattion. Mr. Morano recieved a forbearance agreement which we negotiated on his behalf. If Mr. Morano or anyone at People Claim would like to see the retainer Mr. Morano signed we would be happy to supply as long as the client advises us to do so. We worked on this clients case from March 2011 until January of 2012. Case notes and hours worked on his case can be supplied to client if requested. IF Mr. Morano would like to speak with me he can call my office anytime at 866-240-3003 and ask for Rory Alarcon Esq. We hate to see unhappy clients but we performed all services we were retained to provide. Thank You Rory Alarcon ESQ"
