  • This does sound like fraud because company is advoiding you and has not delivered service you paid for or a response why. This would also make you wonder exactly how many more victims are out there? Mastercard has a online Payment Card Fraud Prevention Training Online. The website had informative information regarding on who to contact If a fraudulent transaction occurs. One of contacts for assistance that is listed is the U.S. Secret Service Office. I hope this helps you and also will give you the tools to prevent fraud against you from happening again.

  • The way you've described your problem would imply its more than a complaint and possibly on the level of fraud or theft. Do you have the names of any of the people involved? Might make sense to post them on PeopleClaim so people can track them if they show up in other businesses. You might be out luck with recovery, but if you add the names of the principals or at least the sales person, it could add some urgency and maybe get you a refund. Also, Peopleclaim has a way to copy your claim to regulators if you didnt already opt for that. Might help, hard to say. Sorry you had to go through this, but you're lucky it wasn't a bigger loss.

    Good luck.

  • I've found that this is a scam also. Like the others have mentioned, contact your Attorney General and give them your part so they can add it to the complaint and their investigation. There are also links on their website on how to avoid scams and fraudulent activity. If you used a credit card (not a debit card), you can try calling your credit card company and see about a chargeback. You'll have to supply them with proof that you purchased this service/product and received nothing out of it. However, it usually has to be fairly soon after the incident. The longer you wait, the harder it is to get a chargeback.

  • This apparently is a scam. I research this on the internet and see where several complaints have been filed with law enforcement and the Attorney General office. Contact the attorney general office and they can advise you.

  • Unfortunately, this does sound like this may have been some form of scam. There are several complaints about this company currently on many internet sites, with a very similar theme as yours. It does seem that quite a few of the people have contacted the Attorney General’s office for the state of Florida to ask for an investigation. You should definitely contact that office, so that your file and information can be added to any potential investigation that may occur.
