Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I came in a wheelchair carrying a banjo without a strap, going up a non ADA ramp. Does the snotty girl in the shop help with the door or take my banjo or in anyway offer to help. NO. I personally think they don't want handicap people in there for fear of me bumping into anything. My wheels are my legs and I have very good contol of them and am very careful of my surroundings. I said I was interested in fixing it or seeing how much it was worth to them. All I see is new instruments all around even though it says used & new on the window. She knows nothing about such things and will leave a message for the owner. About 7 days the owner he finally calls and says it needs strings and a new drum. I added it also needed a new bridge but I didn't know about the drum. I asked him if that was something he knew about or could replace. He said he would get back to me. Two weeks go by and no call. So, I call the store and of course all I get is the snotty girl who knows nothing about it. All she knows is that he called me. Wow ... great communication for a business. ( Keep a notebook of dates and conversations and what needs to be done next). So, being sick of her better than thou attitude, " Please let him know I would like to know about my Banjo. If it is not his forta (sP) please let me know and I will pick up my banjo. She calls and leaves a message BUNCH OF SNOBS*** They actually put a no trespass order on me which I am not signing Assholes."
