Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"on August 28th or 29th I called & asked how much to spray the inside & outside of my home, he identified himself as Steve, he said $50.00. $25 for August & $25.00 for September. He asked what kind of problem I was having and I said ants and roaches. An employee of his company came August 30th and sprayed inside & out. The next day I noticed the ants & spiders were still there seemingly unaffected by the insecticide. I called back, Steve said it takes time for the insecticide to work.
I have had exterminators spray this house before and the insecticide never took time to work, their were dead bugs lying around the very next day.
I called back today, Sept. 12,2010 and left a message on his answering machine saying I wanted to terminate my service for Sept. and please reimburse for me $25.00 for Sept. He returned my call about 10 minutes later saying I owe him $20.00 because as he put it, "since I wanted to terminate his services it was a one time service and that costs $70.00".
AT NO TIME during our conversation did he ever mention anything about a "one time service fee of $70.00.
I would like for him to reimburse the $25.00 he owes me within 5 working days.
