Claimant says:
"On or about Oct. 2009 we had a bad hail storm where because of this my roof got damaged. I hired and signed a contract with A-1 Roofing where they committed themselves to replace my roof entirely. Well from the very get go as soon as I had may roof replaced, we then had rain again and again we leaked. I then called Felipe and let him know about the leak. He came back patched up my roof again and left. Well this has been going on since then. My roof has never stopped leaking ever since. Well I am so frustrated now that I don't know what to do. It is raining and again we are leaking I called Felipe let him know on Friday of last week which was Sept 4, 2014 and his reply was ok and till right now I have not had a response from him. I plea with you that I really need my roof taken care of and he has just not cared, all this patch work has not taken care of the problem. I believe he never did his job correctly and I do not have the money to pay someone else to replace my roof. I paid them to much money to be having these problems and they just don't seem to want to deal with it anymore. Thank you."
