Claimant says:
"I came in to pick up my gown from alteration ( this is the second visit as they didn't do it right the first time). I wanted to try it before leaving, so, I asked the guy who is helping if i could use the fitting room. he said its not available. When in fact no one's using it. Customers kept coming in, and Im stucked there, waiting. After a few minutes, i asked again. This time, the older guy with glasses started yelling at me, telling me on top of his voice and for the other customers to hear... " Could you see I'm helping a customer?" While in fact he was just handing him ( customer) the recipe. I felt so embarrassed with the arrogance of this person. The fact that he's working there, there's no customer courtesy at all on their part. Aside from getting charge ridiculously ( $180. for just hems and side adjustments) for a $255 of a gown, these people do not have any customer service etiquette. Too late for me to go to YELP to find out they're habitually arrogant and ridiculously top charger from their customers. If not for Dillard Dept who directed me there, I should have not done any business with these people. They are very unprofessional, speak in a loud non mannered voice to their customers. They do not belong to that mall. I wish they go somewhere else, or be reprimanded with their attitude. Nevertheless, I left without even having to fit what they have done. Please send notice to this business, as they don't run it professionally"
