Claimant says:
"I downloaded this app for my Ipad mini, and it turned out to be anything but intuitive. I then sent them an email to seek help, and received an insultingly sarcastic response from a person called Tyon. his response provided no help at all. I subsequently sent 2 more emails, resulting in 2 more insultingly sarcastic responses, neither of which provided any solutions to my problem. I sent a 4th email, dated either Feb 9 or 10, which has not been answered.

Try as I may, I can not figure out how to work this app other than to add items. I admitted in my emails to them that I am far from tech savvy, and need to be walked through a solution, but my pleas have fallen on deaf ears.

I have had trouble learning to use a few other apps, but my emails or phone calls to tech service people have always resulted in my finally learning to use them. I have NEVER, EVER, been insulted by any other tech service people.

Unfortunately, Tyon seems to have a perverted sense of his function.

Your help in resolving this problem will be greatly appreciated.."
