"Licensing and Operating Agreement in default. My husband (Carlos M Pina) and myself (Diana L. Roy-Pina) tried to help a business (Eleven Salon Spa, address is as follows..... 1440 N. Federal Hwy. Delray Beach, Fl. 33483 which seemed to be in trouble with their business, and joined forces to get it back up and running. After starting up working and totally renevating 1700 sq. ft. of property! And they were expecting to have us keep putting monies in...we at this point have already put in over $40,000. The agreement was up to $30,000. Now that we have left...were asked to leave...they have refused to reimburse us."
