"I called into Spg.Starwood Preferred Guests making reservations for the year 2016 , my birthday month , June. The special offer was a great offer and I asked the representative about it but she took some time to find it as it was on the website of the Royal Hawaiian resort /hotel.
The SPg representative was extremely kind, helpful and mannerly. In her patience she found the offer had referred to and spoke of how i could possibly get air fare with points earned with a Starwoodpreferredguest American Express card. In order to take advantage of the special offers i elected to sign up for the American Express card because of the urging and very patient representative. I went on a trip. Upon returning I called up Starwood because I received my American Express card in the mail. When I call them up (SPG) they tell me there is no reservation. and there were no offers of that description and if I did not know the name of the representative ( nice female African American in St ) they could not determine my call. I am up in arms because, I have a record of the 58. minute phone call. But no one would assist me."
