Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I joined Cachet Partner Group in Dec 2015 mainly for the great interest rate they were offering on mortgages. I went for an interview with there mortgage specialist, Mortgage Alliance on Jan 9 2016 to discuss terms etc. She was supposed to email me more information on this however I have not heard from her again. I have called and sent several emails to Cachet and the only response I have had is "our Customer Service team will be responding to you soon" until I put in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I have now purchased a home and obtained a mortgage elsewhere and would like a full refund of my investment."

  • I have still not received the compensation as promised several months ago and as this appears to be the normal business practice for this company request a full refund of the principle amount as shown and prefer nothing to do with this company in future.

  • I was informed "AGAIN" that "a check was in the mail" on July 19 and as of August 16 have not received anything from Cachet Partners Group.
    It has now been over a year since my first complaint.

Message from Cachet Partners Group: As of June 30 2017 I have not received the compensation agreed upon after being told several times I would receive it via e-tranfer "shortly"
This has been going on for several months now and I would like to reopen this claim and request full compensation as originally requested.
