Claimant says:
"i can't say the exact date i was contacted by Genius Techs LLC...but it was sometime around the end of November 2016..it was Nigerian's attacking my computer. Being a person who knows little to nothing about these things i agreed (BIG MISTAKE)...i was to pay 3 monthly installments in the amount of $250.00...the final payment was to be made on March 3rd (when i receive my SS check) i was called last week and was told the problem was bigger than expected and they would "eat" the $500.00 i had already PAID..and rather than send the final payment i would instead need an upgrade for an additional $500.00...bringing the amount to $1,000.00 they then told me that i had to pay it immediately (rather than the $250 on the 3rd of March) in full...i have not sent them the additional $$$ but find myself feeling vulnerable and don't know if they can now hack my computer themselves and screw me another way. I just today looked online to see what their credibility is and found that others feel the same way...I was duped...please, if you can help get them out of my system i would appreciate your help! thanking you in advance, Karen l peterson goatgurl06@yahoo.com"
