  • Windows were custom ordered with intention to install.... however, Dr. Alloway has cancelled project and I am trying to get supplier take windows back... have not been successful yet.

    My intention is to return whatever part of Dr. Alloway's deposit I can retrieve.

  • Mr. Henderson as of November 17, 2016 had not ordered the windows and stated the "best thing" was to refund my monies. He had not ordered any windows. As of 23 November his note states he has not ordered the windows. He refuses to communicate regarding the windows, materials or other monies. I have asked repeatedly. HE CANCELED THE PROJECT ON 17 NOVEMBER. NOT ME. THE CONTRACT STATES THE PROJECT IS TO BE STARTED ON OR BEFORE 5 NOVEMBER. It is 9 December and there were never any windows and never any communication to resolve this issue. He is lying! I have two witnesses to the contract negotiations, materials discussions and his admission to his culpability. Before thanksgiving he came to discuss his error in materials needed and admitted his error. At that time he had NOT ordered the windows. I have all of the verifiable documentation and two witnesses for court. Also he will not produce a document proving he ordered anything and calls to the major window companies in this area do not have an order from him. Lowe's has no order from him for materials either. I have done my homework on this scam. As have the State Police.

  • It is a slick response and completely untrue. In fact had he ever ordered said windows they were/would have been valued at under $2500. I spoke to several local manufacturing companies. I gave them his measurements for new construction windows. The sizes are NOT custom BTW. And, where is said $700 for building materials over the faux numbers he is proclaiming? It's all a sham. Slick but untrue.
