  • IIIIIIIIIII I see five complaints here from Ms. Boch but so far she spells out NO specific examples of any behavior of mine that led to any of her complaints. In order to properly defend myself I need for her to spell out those examples on
PeopleClaim's post and by email to me also to Renthelp@aol.com because this particular form is too small and too error prone.

QUESTION: HOW DID Ms BOCH DECIDE ON 10/3/17 (THE DATE THAT YOU FILED YOUR COMPLAINT) THAT MY WORK IS FAULTY WHEN YOU NEVER SAW MY WORK UNTIL WE BROUGHT YOUR THREE ITEMS BACK TO YOU ON 10/4/17 (THE DATE ON THE RECEIPT THAT YOU WROTE AND SIGNED?)

PeopleClaim will please scrap Ms. Boch's complaint until she starts anew with claim wording that is reasonably and promptly answerable.

Thanks from Gramps for a GRRRRRREAT service that is bound to make our courts less cumbersome and less like an assembly line.

  • Thanks for super mediation efforts!!!

  • Oct 12, 2017, Mr. Frank Johnson (responding party) added:
  • A second reading of Ms. Boch's complaints shows me ONE of her many complaints that is specific enough to deserve my response while I am waiting for more specifics from her, and waiting to learn from her how she decided on 10/3/17 that I gave her faulty work when she did not see the items that I had worked on until 10/4/17!!!

She asks what made me bid $146 as a MINIMUM SERVICE CHARGE::: I got her agreement to that minimum charge four times both verbally and in writing. It was once and a half the usual industry minimum bid because we both knew that it would involve two visits to her home of 44 miles each plus full diagnostic work and at least some repair work to three items instead of the usual one item.

The above services are what she paid for and are what she received. It's a mystery to me that she feels cheated. Only an illness made me take a lot of shop time on this job, and when I called her to explain she said, "No hurry".

I look forward to making progress with her and PeopleClaim to bring all this to a happy and FAIR ending.

    Thanks, Gramps

  • Where do you come up with 44 miles to my house?? From RISING SUN to NORTH EAST is 12 miles at most, also you only came on time. As far as repairs to said items were never repaired even the storm window and insert were never completed (your words not mine) have it in writing by you. `The vacuum was never fixed, I don't believe that you ever looked at it!!!! You have pulled this SCAM many times "check REVIEWS on line at BBB there are at least five reviews and that is only the ones reported. Make it six since mine has not posted yet. As far as the $140.00 goes all the reviews posted are wondering what that fee was charged for and some even had to pay more for services not rendered for??? You have used this "sickness" scam many times. Also check REVIEWS on your so called business. There are at least five complaints posted on BBB (HOW MANY MORE WOULD BE POSTED if every one who got ripped off by you came forward??? P.S. Do you file with the IRS you by law are required to, even if no said payments are due. Check it out on the IRS site. I already have. Can send you info. if you want.

  • Where do you get44 miles at?? I live about 11 miles from Rising Sun, Md. to your residence in North East, Md. You was at my residence once. (where do you two visits at ???? You never repaired any items, the storm window & insert for said door was never completed You put in "writing REPAIRES NOT COMPLETED) The vacuum cleaner was never fixed. I don't believe you even look at it!!!!! I did say "no hurry" I didn't mean forever!!You have pulled this SCAM many times (Check out REVIEWS on your so called "BUSINESS' As far as claiming sickness you have pulled this many times!! Also in REVIEWS again check out reviews on so called work you have supposedly done and that is only what is reported You are very good at claiming sickness and other excuses . You lead people on with your slyness. Every REVIEW on you people have also expressed the cost of the fee of the $140.00 plus other fees you come up with P.s. Do you claim this so called "business with the IRS according to INFO I checked with even with a small business you are required to make this known. Even if you don't have to pay require TAXES I really hope that others check your reviews on line before seeking out your so called REPAIR SERVICES. Sincerely,
rehre are five complaints on your business that have been posted

  • Oct 16, 2017, Mr. Frank Johnson (responding party) added:
  • Thanks to Ms. Boch for fast responses but I am still waiting to hear from her how she could know that my work was faulty on the date that she initiated her claim (10/3/17) when she did not even see my work until we returned her items to her home on 10/4/17.

PeopleClaim will please scrap Ms. Boch's complaint entirely until she finally gives a wholly sensible answer to the above question, because her finding of fault before seeing any evidence of fault makes me worry that she simply just wishes to be enough of a burden to me to make me decide to just pay her off as a nuisance. That is an OLD trick.

My above stated worry is made larger by her sending (on 10/11/17) to me and to PeopleClaim.com some follow-up info that is not reasonably answerable because her copier has failed to copy major portions of it, and it contains no understandable specifics that I have requested that would have led her to her complaining. Her complaints remain too generalized to be reasonably dealt with by me::: "Bad business practices", "Lack of disclosure", and "I just feel ripped off."

I NEED AND DESERVE THE ABOVE REQUESTED SPECIFICS IN ORDER TO HAVE A FAIR CHANCE TO DEFEND MY NAME, AND UNTIL I GET THOSE SPECIFICS I NEED AND DESERVE FOR PEOPLECLAIM TO SCRAP MS. BOCH'S COMPLAINT AS UNFAIRLY PRESENTED TO THEM BY HER, AND -- AS IT STANDS -- CRIMINALLY DAMAGING OF MY NAME BY FORCE OF HER WRITINGS AND BY FORCE OF PEOPLECLAIM'S UNCAREFUL PUBLISHING OF MATERIAL THAT HAS BEEN INADEQUATELY VETTED.

Ms. Boch's challenges with literacy (and also many of her charges re her perceived faults of mine that are proven by her own writings to be grossly untrue) make me believe that her interests would be most justly served by her hiring of a mutually agreeable mediator who would decide both fault and costs as to which of us should pay.

And I propose here and now another perhaps preferable solution::: For every $20 that she sends to me for our homeless veterans project we will contribute $40. She should make each payment by a check made out to Rev. Michael Brandon, and -- if she continues to fail to properly support her complaints with hard evidence -- she should reflect muchly on the fact that every hour she costs me becomes an hour that my wife and I cannot spend tending to the dire needs of vets who live in the nearby woods, some in Elkton just 5 or 10 miles away from her oh so comfortable home and mine.

    FOR SHAME!!!!!!!

  • I have sent you several reviews claimed by myself and others by mail (which are several pages long) I have responded to your request I did not post them here at Peoples Claim for I would not have enough space to do so. Don't even try to use the veterans as an excuse for your personal gains. (shame on YOU) You can keep the money it has gone far above that, I will get better satisfaction just to expose you for what you are, a con artist !!!! Do you really think for one moment that I believe you are so honorable as to worry about the veterans or truly only for your own personal gains. When you pulled this same scam with others (which I also sent you the REVIEWS from their dealings with you) Did you tell them of your noble intentions to help the veterans after you have ripped them off. How can you give your time to the veterans when you are on "Death's door step as you claim every time someone challenges you about your work ethics, great excuse. Also in many of REVIEWS I sent to you from your clients ( Don't you think you should try another approach , you are wearing this one out. ) I have not soiled your great reputation you have done this to yourself. AGAIN SHAME SHAME ON YOU TO USE THE VETERANS TO JUSTIFY YOUR OWN GREED)If you are on deaths' door step as you claim maybe you will do yourself and others a great service to move on. pat boch

  • Check all listings for Rev. Michael Brandon can't find any such person. How can you contribute to some one who doesn't exist. Is this where you will give $40.00 to (of my claim, you have ripped off) for the veterans in the woods!!!! Have you now become a minister????? How can you in your "Holy mind set) use the vets and you tending to their needs as a sham to benefit you greed??? That is the lowest any one can get.

  • Oct 20, 2017, Claiming party added:
  • do you remember a lady by the name of MOLLY who you stole $800.00 from? How about Jesse A. you stole $188.00 from????? And she had to get a court order to get her T.V. back UNFIXED also damaged from dragging & scratches on the front screen. STAY TUNED MORE ON THE WAY. how about the attorney general office which all the complaints are on the way.
    guess who!!!
Also if you are DEATHS DOOR maybe you should knock a little harder...

  • Oct 23, 2017, Mr. Frank Johnson (responding party) added:
  • I have no knowledge of customers named Molly or Jesse but you will find that your local BBB is best at evaluating the validity of all customer reviews, both good and bad, and they always rank me above B rating.

For the quickest and easiest resolution to your concerns please reply to all of my earlier responses. Local and state law enforcement officials will join me in requiring facts-based communications on this matter.

  • Oct 23, 2017, Mr. Frank Johnson (responding party) added:
  • You will find Rev. Michael Brandon running the Paris Foundation in the 200 block of So. Bridge St. In Elkton and giving chow to 50 to 100 homeless veterans and other broke folks EVERY day of the year.

You can usually catch him there any day between the hours of 1:30 and 6:30 p.m. so just give him my best and $25 or $50 bucks and my wife and I will match it, and tell him you are sorry big-time for slandering me so much and he will be sure to pass on your apology to us

    ❤.

  • You may not remember Molly or the others you have taken advantage of but they remember you. The Federal Trade Comm. and Joseph Walker (Citizen Assistance Analyst) Manager of consumer Assistance. May refresh your memory.

  • Nov 15, 2017, Mr. Frank Johnson (responding party) added:
  • If you do not remember (MOLLY) why did you contact her? You do not have any knowledge of JESSIE A. I suppose!!! They sure remember you. We are also posting on Face Book to find more Mollys and Jessie a. (best place to find unknowns??? As far as the $150.00 goes I do not want any of it back. I just want the pleasure of seeing you in court. Let molly & Jessie and who ever comes forward get their share. You should be informed by Federal Trade Commission (customer response center) via mail. It will take some time for this to bear fruit, but patience is a virtue. Don't you agree. Also you only screwed your self out of much more than $150.00 There are many small jobs that needs to be done here at the house and to think you could of earned it honestly. Pat

  • Nov 15, 2017, Mr. Frank Johnson (responding party) added:
  • P.S. As far as the BBB goes on your rating we contacted them about this. They are taking a closer look on this problem after we sent in the complaints posted on (YELP) Maybe you should check them out later on. Pat

  • Dec 06, 2017, Claiming party added:
  • How far do you want this to go??????? For myself I can go forever. Legal assistance for myself is not a problem, being a retired UAW worker all attorney fees are no problem. Let's take this to a higher level
