Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"On July 1, 2013, the salesperson by the name of Ray told me that I can put 6000 dollars down on the vehicle to take it off the lot, now I gave him the 6000 dollars cash to put down, now he comes back with the receipt which says no refund on down payment, I have to bring 2000 dollars more in 3 weeks and my monthly payments is 450 dollars a month, so 3 weeks came by I was short a 100 dollars because I had other bills I had to take care of, I only had 1900 dollars, so l gave him a call anyway and ask if I can pay my 450 dollars just to get that out the way before the first of the month, but his secretary told me that they can t accept that , that I have to pay the 2000 dollars first, so I said ok fine, then she told me to wait a minute he want to speak to you, I told him my situation that I only had 1900 dollars he told me he can t take anything under 2000 dollars, before I can say anything he told me I will give you a few days to come up with the money I told him thank you, now I have spoke with him that Saturday on the July 20, 2013 he calls me back on July 25, 2013 and ask me did I have the money, I told him yes I have 2500 dollars that for the monthly payment and the 2000 dollars, he also asked me when is I m coming by to bring the money I told I will be there Saturday July 27, 2013, he said that's fine and when ever your in the area with the car I will give you a free oil change, I told him once again thanks so much, now Friday comes July the 26, 2013 around 10 o clock I get a phone call from my sister she tells me that they just repo my car, now I told Mr. Ray from the beginning that I m a tractor trailer driver I drive across the country sometimes Canada and that I will make payments by phone with my bankcard, because the dealership is a Buy here Pay here, he wanted me to stop by and bring the payment in person but I told him I rather do it by phone, but anyway I thought that was wrong what he did, don't tell a person that its ok then turn around and repo the car, I thought that was totally unprofessional what he did, he repo the car the same month I still had the temporary tag still on it, I called about 25 lawyers left them my number they never called me back I just need a little help right now I m just hoping someone can help me out there, thanks you Levi."
