Claimant says:
"I was told by Audra Tippet via cellphone message that she would not charge her fee since she didn't amend the taxes... This was July 29th. However, when I went to pick up my refund of $2445.00 I only received $2042.53. I was told that Audra would call me.???? I have the recording of the call and I have the letter from the IRS stating that I should not return to her to have my taxes amended. I also have the amending taxes and the original taxes she did that the IRS threw out. If you have a fax number or mailing address I will be more than happy to send you a copy."

  • I was simply told orally that my refund was being investigated by IRS and that I must send originals of my social security cards. I mailed by UPS and an acknowledgment of receipt was made. Since then I have heard nothing. I have made numerous inquiries to no avail. On August 8th I was told that my documents will mailed on overnight delivery to me. Still, I have never been contacted by IRS. Please send my refund money and my documents. Thank you and I hope to hear good new soon.
