Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I have been a loyal customer of Premier credit card corporation for over five years now. I have had some financial issues, but whom have not had issues, I have always caught up on past due billing issues. September 2017, I phoned to make prior arrangements on my account. I secondly must state no payments were deducted from account due to fact, I had no fundings at this time. Now on September 2017 again, I phoned and spoken with Joe in customer service about account and come to find out account was closed without me being notified. I was upset due to fact, I was not notified nor was i given the chance to correct the problem. I was told that a payment of one hundred and fifty dollars were needed then they went down to fifty but card would not be active because they wanted over three hundred dollars in which, I didn't have so i stated can a final bill be sent to me. I have been receiving high balances with interest every month plus false credit information is going to credit bureaus. This company is bad when it comes to high interest credit, I messed up but being charged for a closed account is truly sadden on my me. I phoned and spoken with Shannon an account specialist on Dec 6, 2017 at 2:39pm this person was rude, she kept stating letters were sent out to me stating my bank was charged monthly and account was closed due to insuffient fundings, that is not true. I never received anything from my bank, because if your account is negative my bank sends me a letter stating a item was paid or not and I owe a fee or no fee was charged but account would be negative. I want this off my credit am willing to settle with two hundred dollars and all negativity with letter of paid in full mailed or emailed to me. To falsey accuse someone of this for money is low and enethical but many companies are money hungry. Please look up bad reviews on this company, Shannon was sticking by her companies false information and lies towards me am tired of this and would like it resolvef with your help"

  • I received a phone call from Julie Gilson, Directing Officer, Business communication from Premier Bank on 12/22/2017 a voicemail was left to return her phone call. I returned phone call at 0912am on 12/22/2017 no return call was made on premier Bank behalf. I phoned my bank pertaining the issue that Premier Bank stated my account was closed due to returned payments. My bank stated, I have never had any returned payments on my account an documentation is being mailed from my bank. I made another attempt to call Premier Bank on 1/4/2018 at 1:27pm to another individual by the name of Laura whom is to be the president of the bank. I left a voicemail mail message for a return call..No answer as of yet. I made another attempt to phone Laura on 1/5/2018 at 4:04pm left another voicemail message for a return call. I finally received a phone call back from Laura the president of this corporation on 1/8/2018 and she stated, I had questions concerning this account. When, I phoned Laura knew what was going on from Julie Gilson these two individuals work in the same department from what Laura stated to me on 1/8/2018. I have been with this company since 2/14 and, I never thought a customer could be so disrespected and have character violated over an account in which they closed, but making me look bad by lying on me stating, I made payments to them and had no funding. I sated to Laura, I wanted documentation so, I can see what they see, because my bank is not seeing it. I am so disappointed right now please stay away from this company

  • This is the letter, I received and Julie Gilson is suppose to be diector officer but never responded back to me, instead Laura whom works in same office is to be president cant respond either. Truly sad but they want to charge me interest and deframe my character but cant even show me proof. These companies should be liable for their actions when they deceive the customers

  • Here's information received from Premier bank, a response letter from myself and information from my bank. People ask yourself this. If a company states they closed your account due to returned payment. First of all would you pay a bill from an closed account? Also if that account is closed and an item comes in, that account becomes active due to the items coming in. The banks always states before anyone closes an account to make sure no items are coming through becausr would delay closing of account , so how can premier say this ? I had no fees no nothing since I had this account 2/14 no return items
